Player Rules
Fable Brawlers · Last updated October 21, 2026
Fable Brawlers is about punching monsters, not people. Public worlds bring together players of all kinds from all over the world, so these rules apply in every public and private world. They sit alongside Meta's Code of Conduct for Virtual Experiences, which applies to everything on your Quest.
Be a good brawler
- Be kind. No harassment, bullying, threats or hate, including through your display name, gestures or how you follow, block or crowd other players.
- Keep it all-ages. No sexual behaviour or gestures, and no display names or room codes that are offensive or sexual.
- Respect personal space. If someone moves away from you, let them.
- Play fair. No cheats, hacks, modified game files, exploits or bots, and no attacking or disrupting the game's servers.
- Trade honestly. Don't scam or pressure people in trades. Never trade, buy or sell game items or accounts for real money outside the game.
- Keep personal information private. Don't ask for or share anyone's real name, address, phone number, school, social media or passwords, including your own.
- Don't pretend to be someone else, including the developer, Meta staff or another player.
- Follow the law, and Meta's terms and policies.
Staying safe
- You can leave any world at any time. Play solo, or make a private world and share its room code only with friends.
- Treat a room code like a password: anyone who has it can join.
- Nobody from Fable Brawlers will ever ask for your Meta password or payment details.
- Parents: Meta's parental supervision tools let you choose which apps a younger player can use and how they can connect with others.
Reporting a player
Press the Report button on your Meta Quest while it's happening. Meta's tool can capture what's going on and identify the player. You can also email CONTACT_EMAIL with the player's display name, roughly when it happened and what they did. See the Privacy Policy for how reports are handled.
What happens if you break the rules
Depending on what happened, we may warn you, remove you from online play for a time or for good, or remove items gained by cheating or scamming. Meta may also act on your Meta account under its own policies. Serious threats or illegal content may be passed to Meta and to the authorities.
Changes
As the game grows, these rules may change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
